Savory Breakfast Muffins
This weekend I made Freeze Happy's Savory Breakfast Muffins These can supposedly be frozen but I don't think I'm going to find out if that is true or not because we have been gobbling them up! To me they are like a fluffy sausage ball. I heart sausage balls! Every year my mom makes them on Christmas Eve so that we will have them on Christmas morning. It has been a long standing tradition in our family and one I hope to pass down to Olivia.

Shannon, I got all the ingredients at the store last night for these and Chris and I are planning to make them tonight! I am forever looking for easy breakfast things so I am not tempted by Starbucks or McDonald's. Thanks for the tip and the website! I think I read the Freeze Happy entire site yesterday and I can't wait to get started!
ReplyDeleteI really liked the Freeze Happy site too when I found it - in fact it spurred me to investigate making my own baby food which I am learning about now (in advance). Let me know what you think of the muffins!
ReplyDeleteI made the muffins last night and had them for breakfast this morning (and as an appetizer last night before dinner). LOVE them! Thanks for sharing the site with me-- I can't wait to try some of the other recipes!
